Along the way, Jacob meets a variety of characters that are also a part of the show, and not all of them are humans! He gets a very soft spot in his heart for Rosie, the one ton elephant, who is impossible to handle and causes chaos everywhere the Benzini Brothers¿ train stops. Along with Rosie, he gains a new best friend, Bogo, the Orangutan that won¿t leave Jacob alone. Kinko, a red-headed midget who performs in the show as a clown, is very snooty and arrogant and has to share his car on the train with Jacob. After a lot of work effort, Jacob finally breaks through Kinko¿s tough skin and wins his friendship.
